Every symbol tells a story.
The Covenant Humbition Unlimited (CHU) logo was intentionally designed to represent the journey of transformation, leadership, and legacy. Every element reflects the belief that our greatest impact is not achieved through our own strength, but through lives firmly rooted in Christ and faithfully surrendered to His purpose.
At the heart of the logo is the diamond.
The diamond carries a double meaning. My first love was baseball, so for me, it immediately represents a baseball diamond, paying tribute to the game that inspired Stepping Up to the Plate: Lessons in Faith, Leadership, and Life from the Baseball Diamond. Baseball has always been more than a sport to me. It was a classroom where lessons of discipline, teamwork, perseverance, servant leadership, and faith came to life. Just as every player must step into the batter's box and choose how they will respond to each pitch, every person is invited to step into God's calling with courage, purpose, and conviction.
The diamond also represents something far deeper. A precious diamond is not created despite pressure; it is created because of it. What begins as something ordinary is transformed into something of extraordinary beauty, strength, and value. The same is true of leaders. Character isn't developed in comfort; it's forged through faithfulness in life's greatest challenges. God often uses the pressures, challenges, victories, failures, and refining moments of life to shape our character and prepare us for His purpose.
Yet the diamond does not stand alone. It emerges from the Rock.
The Rock symbolizes Jesus Christ, the firm and unchanging foundation upon which Covenant Humbition Unlimited is built.
Scripture reminds us that "no one can lay any foundation other than the one already laid, which is Jesus Christ" (1 Corinthians 3:11).
He is the basis for every resource we create, every leader we encourage, every organization we serve, and every life we seek to influence.
Together, these ideas tell one story. Rooted in Christ. Refined through life's pressures. Committed to humble excellence. Living for an impact that extends far beyond ourselves. That is the heart of Covenant Humbition Unlimited.
